"Hey, Girl" I Heart Faces Photo Challenge

"Hey, Girl!" is the photo challenge this month for I Heart Faces.  I took this shot of my girls yesterday as they walked on a trail not far from our house.  The little girls enjoy their big sister so much.  I love the look of pure adoration in their sweet faces.

"Raise Your Hands" at I Heart Faces

The theme for this week's photo challenge at I Heart Faces is "Raise Your Hands." I thought of this photo that I took a few weeks ago on a family outing to the beach. My youngest son got his hands covered with sand, picked up his water bottle and then wanted to put it back into the cooler with the rest of our drinks. NOT! I prefer my soda to be free of sand, thank you very much.

Happy 4th! Red, White and Blue Week at I Heart Faces!

It's Red, White and Blue week at I Heart Faces! I have been wanting to do a front porch shoot with a vintage feel, so yesterday I decided to give it a try. I convinced two of my live-in models to help me out and bribed them with promises of soda after the shoot.

Bright and Vivid at I Heart Faces!

The category for this week's challenge at I Heart Faces is 'bright and vivid.' I took this photo of my daughters last week. I had set up a tea party for them in the back yard and let them have fun. They drank 'tea,' ate cookies and danced. I just stayed out of the way and let them play. Dancing with their pandas was their idea. :) I love the pure delight on their faces.
